I feel a lot of this. I stayed at WB/Turner/Whatever they call themselves now for way too many years and even though I was doing Director level work (and the jack of all trades, lots of work that wasn't in my job description bullshit) I was never able to get higher than Assistant Manager as my title. It's a terrible feeling. But leaving was exhilarating and I know you will continue to do great things in your thirties!
Lots of feelings about this ❤️.
But also … your work ID had your height on it?!?!
Thank you for this honesty and vulnerability! Not easy things to summon, much less with the eloquence you bring.

just found this and wow it takes guts to admit something isn't working and make a change, and even more to be honest about it! you should be proud
also I work in a different industry (film/tv) but I can definitely relate! it will not love you back, as much as you want it to
